I have two favorite spots on earth. One of them is London, the other is Kauai. Both are wet and green, an antidote to arid New Mexico where I spend most of my time with my husband,daughter, lab, and loom. Both locales are exotic, although in completely different ways: one stimulating, the other incredibly relaxing. We try to visit each one on alternate years.Lucky us!
